WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

For now, we ship to (you can contact us if you have any country request): France, DOM-TOM (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion Island, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Antarctic, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Wallis and Futuna), Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United-Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine.

ABOUT DELIVERY...

We prepare and ship your order within 3 business days.

Then... Colissimo delivery:
To France within 2 business days
To overseas between 5 and 7 business days
To Europe between 4 and 8 business days
To international countries between 6 and 10 business days

CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN AT MY HOME?

Of course, you can choose to receive your order in one of the Colissimo withdrawal point (depending on the country available options).

HOW CAN I FOLLOW MY ORDER?

You can follow your order and all the different preparation steps in your Leaves & Clouds account: "Order history and details". If you do not have access to your tracking number you can email us at [email protected] or here.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once you placed and paid your order, you can contact us within 1h if you need us to make any modification. After that, no modification or cancellation will be taken into account. However, you can always return us any product.

CAN I GET/DELETE MY PERSONAL DATA?

Since the 25th of May 2018, according to the GRPD law (General Data Protection Regulation), the Leaves & Clouds website updated its politic of confidentiality. You can get your data and ask for the erasure of them in your account: "My personal data".

WHEN DO YOU ADD NEW PRODUCTS?

We try to add new products every week (on fridays).

DO YOU RESTOCK?

We try to restock the sold out products as much as we can. Do not hesitate to subscribe to the stock alert to be informed before anyone else when the products are back in stock.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Yes you can return a product within 14 days. However, you must pay the costs of returns.
We will proceed to a refund once we received the returning product(s).
